Aniversário do Liceu Cónego Jacinto

O Liceu Cónego Jacinto, comemorou mais um aniversário e nós estivemos lá mais uma vez para apoiar o nosso parceiro especial.

Antes de falar da nossa atividade, quero deixar um agradecimento em especial à Família Plus Size Life, não existe maior orgulho para uma mentora que a de saber que na impossibilidade de cuidarmos das coisas, as coisas continuam a acontecer sem percalços.

Apesar de ter assumido a responsabilidade da atividade, por motivos pessoais não pude mais continuar com a organização , mas, como somos uns pelos outros, nem foi preciso pedir para que os meus amores tomassem as rédeas e fizessem as coisas acontecer.

Voltando as atividades, já fomos ao Cónego Jacinto ( conhecido como Liceu da Várzea) , para uma conversa aberta sobre bullying e auto-estima, apresentamos o projecto, falamos do processo de construção da auto estima. Para a comemoração do aniversário, nós organizamos um pequeno e simples desfile, mas cuja mensagem era enorme e forte “DIVERSIDADE”.

O desfile contou com algumas integrantes do projeto, alunos do liceu e professora, a ideia foi promover a diversidade e o amor próprio. Afinal, somos todos únicos e, no final só importa nos amarmos nas nossas perfeições e imperfeições.

Cultivemos o amor próprio, amemos e respeitemos o próximo, tal como é!

Birthday of the Cónego Jacinto High School

The Cónego Jacinto High School, celebrated another anniversary and we were there once again to support our special partner.

Before I talk about our activity, I want to give special thanks to the Plus Size Life Family, there is no greater pride for a mentor than knowing that in the impossibility of taking care of things, things continue to happen smoothly.

Although I took responsibility for the activity, for personal reasons I could not continue with the organization, but as we are for each other, I didn´t I have to ask for help, they took over and make things happen.

Going back to activities, we went to Cónego Jacinto (known as Liceu da Várzea), for an open discussion about bullying and self-esteem, we presented the project, we talked about the process of building self-esteem. For the anniversary celebration, we organized a small and simple parade, but whose message was huge and strong "DIVERSITY".

The parade was attended by some members of the project, high school students and teacher, the idea was to promote diversity and self-esteem. After all, we are all unique and, in the end, we only need to love ourselves in our perfections and imperfections.

Let us cultivate self-love, love and respect our neighbor as he is!
